Who should attend the CarePortal Conference?
All leaders in the CarePortal Network would benefit from attending. Including, but not limited to:
- Child Requesting Agency Executives, Representatives, and Supervisors
- Community Champion Executives and Administrators
- Church Pastors, Missions Directors, Point People, and Team Leaders
- Implementing Partner Executives, Regional Managers, Church Ambassadors, or Community Coordinators

What does my registration ticket include?
The cost of your registration ticket will cover all main sessions, breakout sessions, two special evening events, and all materials needed for the event. Optional lunch is an additional $5 per day, which can be added to your registration. Lodging and travel/airfare are not included. However, check our hotel options for a special conference rate.

Are special hotel rates available?
Yes! We have negotiated a discount rate with various hotels in the area. Hotel blocks will be available for booking on a first come first served basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
Can I bring my children to the conference?
While families are extremely important to us, the CarePortal conference will only accommodate adults. We encourage you to make outside arrangements for children if you plan to attend.
What is the suggested dress code?
Smart casual/comfort casual. We want you to be comfortable learning and networking. Please keep in mind that conference rooms tend to be cold, so we strongly encourage having an additional layer on hand.
When is the deadline to register?
Conference registration will only close should we reach our capacity. However, register early to get the best registration prices.
When will I receive my registration ticket?
You will immediately receive an automated order confirmation email from EventMobi which includes your CarePortal Conference 2024 ticket. You will also receive additional communication to keep you updated as we get closer to the event date.
How do I change or cancel my registration?
Your registration cannot be canceled, however if you can no longer attend the conference, you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else. To do this, click the link in your ticket confirmation email that says “modify your registration.” You will then be brought back to the registration home page where, once you type in your email again, a pop up will ask you if you’d like to “modify your registration”. Click that box and follow the prompts from there.

Can I register multiple people at once?
YES. Once you fill out your information and get to Payment and Confirmation (step 3), you’ll see a button above the payment method that says “ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT.” This will bring you back to the first step and prompt you to enter in the next person’s ticket type and personal information. Continue through the steps until you’ve registered all your people. You’ll see a review of your tickets build up on step 3 as you go.
Is there an option to attend the conference virtually?
No – this is a completely in-person conference that’s intended for attendees to network and connect.
